FALLS, PA (Sept. 18, 2019) — A driver was seriously injured after being ejected from his vehicle in a crash Thursday night Sept. 12th on Tyburn Road in Falls.
Reports say police responded to an accident in the area of Tyburn Road and South Pennsylvania Avenue around 11:15 p.m. Thursday night.
Upon arrival, police found the vehicle, a Toyota Tacoma, had struck the guardrail, with the driver ejected.
The vehicle had been traveling eastbound on Tyburn Road and failed to negotiate the curve on the ramp to South Pennsylvania Avenue, police said.
The driver suffered serious injuries, police said, and was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton for treatment.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
